Important!! Please read and complete all sections of this form.

  • Please provide full citations for all items submitted. Staff will pull and scan materials owned by the Robert Woodruff Library. Materials not owned by the library may be brought to the circulation desk, or files can be emailed to ereserves@auctr.edu. Requests are processed as quickly as possible in the order they are received.
  • Copyright permissions may need to be obtained prior to posting content.
  • One article per journal issue may be scanned and placed on e-reserve.
  • For electronic journals subscribed to by the Robert W. Woodruff Library, we can generally create an e-reserves link to any number of articles.* *Unless our license with the vendor specifically prohibits this.
  • Materials owned by the Robert W. Woodruff Library may be posted for one semester without obtaining copyright.
  • Publications in which the faculty member is the sole owner of copyright may be posted for e-reserve.

Copyright Requirements:


  • The library staff will attempt to obtain copyright permission for materials that will beplaced on reserve for additional semesters. If they are not able to obtain copyright permission, faculty will have the responsibility for obtaining that permission. Materials without the proper permissions may not be used for e-reserves.


I have read and agree to adhere to the copyright requirements and copyright and fair use guidelines. I understand that e-reserve materials may require copyright permission for use in subsequent semesters. Materials that are not granted copyright permission for subsequent use will not be posted.
